The Chickasaw Tribe is collaborating with the Koi Tribe to construct a casino and resort in California. The resort, designated Shiloh Resort & Casino, was initially unveiled by the Koi Nation in September of 2021. The Chickasaw Tribe, through its Global Gaming Solutions enterprise, will oversee and administer the resort.
Global Gaming Solutions possesses a demonstrated history of success, managing the Chickasaw Nation’s WinStar World Casino, the planet’s largest casino, in addition to the Remington Park casino and racetrack situated in Oklahoma City.
The Koi Nation deliberately pursued the Chickasaw Nation for this endeavor due to their extensive expertise in gaming and hospitality, but also because both tribes possess a profound comprehension of the transformative influence such a project can have on tribal financial autonomy and future expansion.
Shiloh Resort & Casino, to be situated in Sonoma County, California, adjacent to the municipality of Windsor, will showcase a 200-room hotel, six dining establishments, a spa and conference center, and a gaming area equipped with 2,500 slot machines.
The Chickasaw Nation prioritizes the welfare of our citizens,” stated Governor Bill Anoatubby. He stressed the significance of cooperation with the Choctaw Nation, in addition to regional, governmental, and national collaborators in this undertaking.
Governor Anoatubby conveyed his hopefulness for what lies ahead, remarking, “We eagerly anticipate how this initiative will generate employment opportunities, stimulate commerce, and draw increased tourism to our stunning state.”
